We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used consumables or custom-forged items may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are the tools covered by a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our gear. Most Alec Steele Co. tools carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
